Welcome to the Local Computing and DT Networking and CPD Event - 28 March. This network event is brought to you by BT and The Eastern Education Group in conjunction with the Suffolk Computing Hub.

We are delighted to welcome the inclusion of the NCCE Computing courses, alongside our own networking and sharing forum, physical computing kit loan and programme of events.
Monday January 6, 2025 12:45pm - 3:45pm PST
During this session you'll explore what assembly language is and how to utilise the Little Man Computer platform.

By the end of this intensive CPD pathway you will be able to:
  1. Identify the features of assembly language, comparing and contrasting these characteristics to that of other programming paradigms
  2. Successfully recognise opportunities to create links between assembly language and other topics, feeding this into curriculum design and delivery
  3. Trace the flow of execution of assembly language programs in the Little Man Computer, understanding how the contents of registers change and how this relates to the fetch-decode-execute cycle
  4. Create assembly language programs in the Little Man Computer that utilise sequence, arithmetic operations, variables and branching
